According to sources from the Aspelsan Energy Company, 80% of the power plant has been completed. During battery production, the Turkish company resolved to increase the proportion of domestic production in battery production. And breaking the dependence on foreign sources, as it currently only imports cells from other countries and self-satisfies their needs for batteries ، The company plans to increase domestic production of batteries by 100 percent with the opening of its factory in Kayseri.

After the factory opens, 300 people are expected to have jobs next year, and that number is expected to rise to 400 next year ، The Aspelsan plant will also contribute to the supply of domestic batteries for the Turkish domestic car TOGG, which is electric, until 2022.
